Any Jezzies fans of the Promise Ring? Further...any Jezzies who are fans of The Promise Ring in San Fran? I have tickets to one of their reunion shows at the Fillmore on 9/1, but I can't go, I've made plans to go see my madre instead (I live in AZ, so it would have been a bit of a trek). They haven't played live together in a few years (besides like ten shows this year, as far as I know they are still broken up), and I really don't want the tickets to go to waste! The were only 30 bucks, and it's not sold out, so good luck to me for selling them. So I want to give them to someone! Alternately, if you are in SF and have't heard of them, but like free live music, check em out! Let me know! I'll post a link to their most well-known song, but the old shit is where it's at.
